But our yoga practice is important.
I’ve been feeling that a lot lately. I just need to practice. Not matter what.
But I know that sometimes you just don’t have time for a 60 or 75 or 90 minute practice.
So this month’s practice is only 45 minutes.
I focus on opening your hips and you heart as well as releasing stuck and stagnant energy.
This is a great practice if you need a pick me up or a reset.
