5 Things I love About Nick

Hey hey!

Life is full. I get that.

But our yoga practice is important.

I’ve been feeling that a lot lately. I just need to practice. Not matter what.

But I know that sometimes you just don’t have time for a 60 or 75 or 90 minute practice.

So this month’s practice is only 45 minutes.

I focus on opening your hips and you heart as well as releasing stuck and stagnant energy.

This is a great practice if you need a pick me up or a reset.

So get to it! Do this for you.

I find that when I practice my days are much for productive, easeful and awesome.

Click the video up above and have a great practice!
