This month’s practice is short and sweet. Lately a lot of my students have been asking for deep stretches so I decided to go with it. And it felt soooo good! Just what I needed actually.

This practice stretches the major muscle groups in your body including your hamstrings, IT band, quads, low back, side body, shoulders, neck and upper back. Combined with deep low belly breathing this practice will leave you feeling nurtured, clear and soothed.

Sometimes it’s not about the push. Sometimes it’s about simply softening and giving yourself space to be.

Enjoy!
