A Yoga Practice to Give You a Deep Stretch 

This month’s practice is short and sweet. Lately a lot of my students have been asking for deep stretches so I decided to go with it. And it felt soooo good! Just what I needed actually.

This practice stretches the major muscle groups in your body including your hamstrings, IT band, quads, low back, side body, shoulders, neck and upper back.
