I Love My Thighs
Last Thursday I was all ready to head to my regular hot yoga class. I was sporting my bootie shorts and sports bra (I don’t understand how anyone practices in anything more than that) and Nick was making me a smoothie like he often does when I don’t have time to make one myself.
The next time I looked at the clock I realized I only had 10 minutes to get to class. It’s takes at least 11. Opps. So instead I decided to practice on my own.
Half way through I decided to record a short clip of myself practicing my favorite squat sequence I created 12 years ago. I call it my squat flow and it was birthed during a prenatal class I was teaching back in the day. At some point I started putting it into my regular classes too. It’s my absolute favorite.
